By accessing or using the Drivia platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
All platform content, including courses, tools, and AI features, is owned by Drivia or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you create using our tools.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to reverse engineer AI systems, share account credentials, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Drivia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
