Draft — pending counsel review
Electronic records and signature disclosure
Version 3. Effective September 24, 2026 (Central Time).
Draft pending review by counsel. This disclosure is given under the federal ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. §7001) and the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act before you agree to use electronic records.
Scope of your consent
If you consent, we will provide the following electronically, through the client portal and by email: master services agreements, statements of work, specifications, change orders, their signature certificates, invoices and receipts, and notices about them. Your consent applies to the account you give it for, and to every document of those kinds for that account until you withdraw it.
Your right to a paper copy
You may ask for a paper copy of any document we provide electronically, at any time, at no charge. Request it from Account, then Privacy, then Paper copy in the portal, or write to support@drivia.consulting with the document's name. We mail it within 10 business days.
Your right to withdraw consent
You may withdraw this consent at any time from Account, then Privacy, in the client portal, or by writing to support@drivia.consulting. Withdrawal takes effect for documents sent after we record it; it does not affect the validity of documents already signed electronically. After you withdraw, we send future documents on paper for a handwritten signature, which slows each step by the time the post takes. There is no fee for withdrawing.
Keeping your contact details up to date
We send electronic records to the email address on your profile. Update it from your profile in the portal, or write to support@drivia.consulting. If an email to you bounces, we will post the record in the portal and try to reach you another way.
What you need
- A current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
- A PDF viewer (every current browser includes one).
- An email account that can receive messages from drivia.consulting.
- Enough storage to save or print the PDFs you want to keep.
If these requirements change in a way that could stop you from reaching or keeping a record, we will tell you and ask for your consent again.
Showing you can open the records
Before you consent, open the sample PDF linked below. The consent box enables only after our server records that you opened it. That confirms you can access records in the form we will use.
Keeping copies
Every signed document and its signature certificate is emailed to all parties when signing completes, and stays downloadable in the portal. Save or print a copy for your records.
