Consent to electronic records and signatures

Version 2. Effective September 24, 2026 (Central Time).

Consent to electronic records and signatures

Pending review by counsel. This disclosure is given under 15 U.S.C. §7001(c) before you agree to receive records and sign electronically.

It covers the engagement documents Drivia Consulting sends you for signature through the client portal (agreements, statements of work, specifications, change orders and their certificates of completion) for the account named on the document. It does not cover anything else.

Your right to a paper copy

You may ask for a paper copy of any document you sign electronically, free of charge, by writing to support@drivia.consulting. Paper copies are posted within ten business days.

You may withdraw this consent at any time from Account in the client portal, or by writing to support@drivia.consulting. Withdrawal takes effect for documents sent after it; it does not undo a signature already given. After you withdraw, we send future documents on paper for a wet signature, which can slow the engagement.

Keeping your contact information current

Records are delivered to the email address on your portal profile. Update it from Account in the client portal, or write to support@drivia.consulting.

Hardware and software you need

A current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge; a PDF viewer (every current browser includes one); access to the email address on your profile; and the ability to download or print a PDF.
