Draft — pending counsel review

Acceptable use policy

Version 2. Effective September 24, 2026 (Central Time).

Draft pending review by counsel.

This policy applies to the client portal, to anything we build or host for you, and to any product licensed from us. It is part of the terms of service.

You may not use the service to

  • break the law, or help anyone else do so, in any place the service is used;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
  • store or send malware, or content meant to damage, disable or gain unauthorised access to any system;
  • send unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that hide who sent them;
  • collect personal data without a lawful basis and the notices the law requires;
  • publish content that sexually exploits minors, promotes violence against people, or harasses anyone;
  • impersonate a person or organisation, or misrepresent your relationship with one;
  • operate services for high-risk uses (medical devices, weapons systems, critical infrastructure control, nuclear facilities) unless the written specification says so and names the safeguards;
  • process payment card numbers or health records outside the tools and controls agreed in writing.

Security testing and probing

Do not test, scan or probe the portal or our infrastructure for vulnerabilities, or try to reach another client's data, without our written permission. Report a suspected vulnerability to security@drivia.consulting; we will not pursue good-faith research reported to us and not exploited.

Fair use of shared resources

Do not load the service in a way that degrades it for others: excessive automated requests, attempts to get around rate limits, or use of the portal's storage as general file hosting. Uploads are limited per account and per day, and we may throttle traffic that threatens stability.

Files you upload

Upload only what the project needs and what you have the right to share. Do not upload secrets such as passwords or private keys in files or messages; use the secure channel we give you for credentials.

What we may do

If we reasonably believe this policy is being broken, we may remove the content concerned, suspend access for the members involved, or pause a hosted service, after notice where we can give it. We keep records of what we did and why. Serious or repeated breaches can end the engagement under the agreement's termination clause.

Reporting abuse

Tell us at support@drivia.consulting. Include links, times and what you saw.

Changes

We version this policy and ask for acceptance of material changes at your next sign-in.
